MYTABLES END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and software included in the MyTables package is copyrighted by Yuriy G. Zykin (info@mytables.org, "Owner").

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Owner for the MyTables software product identified above, which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

This Software and any support from the Owner are provided "AS IS" and without warranty, express or implied. The Owner specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the Owner be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings or any incidental or consequential damages, whether resulting from impaired or lost data, software or computer failure or any other cause, or for any other claim by the user or for any third party claim.

PROHIBITION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY
You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
